It has a good design, but the underlying system is buggy. Updates: We are now in day 4 of another botched update. No accurate sales, stock, or packing data. It is inflating sales, which means all users will get a nice shock whenever it is finally corrected. Service takes problems, gets your number, promises a call back, then send s out broadcast emails instead. If this were one off, it would be OK, but there doesn't appear to be any beta tesating before updates go live.

Support sucks, slow to respond and had no answers, the new app version botches quantities constantly. They need to learn how to terrible shoot before they roll out their products. Looking for better options.

The idea is great and in general it's good, but its not especially accurate. I'm always off when I go to fill machines, and off in both directions. Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice.
Very useful for my vending business. Would not be able to operate without it now.
